At GOTRAX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packaging is used to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
